i had a pleasant second stay in naperville. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of the room exceeded my expectations this time around.

The staff here were genuinely nice particularly two ladies at the front desk who were very accommodating when I needed help with my room. They treated me like family and their kindness really made my stay nice.

The price wasn’t exactly low but it was reasonable given the care I received.

Hotel was a great base for heading out to Arrowhead Golf Club and Seven Bridges Golf Club. We enjoyed the clean rooms and helpful staff. Perfect location near dining options too! Highly recommend for a fun golfing trip.

However, the housekeeping was disappointing. no one came to clean my room during my entire stay. I ended up having to go down to the front desk just to get toilet paper. The towels were not changed, and the room felt neglected. I appreciated the comfortable beds but found the hanger system really frustrating. My coats kept falling on the floor. The hotel has potential due to its price, but cleanliness should definitely be a priority. I felt like I got a good deal, but I wished for better service and maintenance.
